We still have Pumpkin Spice Crochet-Along Kits in stock! The Pumpkin Spice blanket is full of Autumnal treats, featuring woodland mushrooms, tonal leaves and transitioning colours along with cute mini pumpkin corners and pumpkin centrepiece. Perfect for beginners and fun for everyone, you’ll start with simple stitches and progress through techniques combining warm colour and cosy textures. What’s more, you’ll create your blanket with continuous crochet and almost no joining required, just some appliqué that’s perfect for crochet on the go. Sirdar will release video installments each week for six weeks so you can crochet along from anywhere. All you need to do is sign up (information is included with the yarn kit). Amy will be working along in-store on Thursdays - feel free to join her during store hours and for Thursday night drop-in! |

Upcoming Classes and Events: Beginning Knitting: The July class is sold out, but September and November classes have openings. Class is $60 for three sessions plus materials. More information and sign-up is online and can be accessed by clicking on the class name. Building Blocks/Building in Color/Building with Lace: The next session will be on Saturday, July 18, 9:00-11:00am. Join us for this monthly drop-in workshop to work through the Building Series from Skacel. This is a great skill-building opportunity. Pre-registration is not required, but is appreciated. The cost is $15/2-hr session. Click the class name for more information. Thursday Night Drop-In: Join us on Thursday nights 6-8pm for social knitting, crocheting, or whatever portable fiber craft you're working on. You're welcome just to come in and hang out or shop, too. |
